Registration for this Master's Degree can be done at the Doctoral School (ESDUVA). Casa del Estudiante (first floor). Calle Real de Burgos s/n.
The Inter-University Master's Degree in Nanoscience and Molecular Nanotechnology is unprecedented at a national level as it deals with aspects that are at the intersection of one of the most booming sciences at present, Nanoscience, with the more traditional molecular systems. It therefore focuses on scientific areas of current interest such as Molecular Electronics, Molecular Magnetism, Supramolecular Chemistry, Surface Physics and Molecular Materials Science.
It is a Master's Degree aimed at training students in the field of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology so that they can develop a professional activity in this field, or a research activity leading to a Doctoral Thesis.
The collaboration between different centres with experience in the different aspects of this discipline (physical/chemical, theoretical/experimental, basic/applied) gives it an interdisciplinary nature unparalleled in current training cycles. Given the inter-university nature of the Master's degree, special attention will be paid to promoting mobility and interaction between students and contact with other universities, research centres and companies active in the area.
On the other hand, you will learn to approach scientific problems from the perspective of Materials Science. Finally, you will acquire an overview of the impact of Nanoscience in other scientific and technological areas of interest such as electronics, chemistry, biomedicine, pharmacy or materials science.
