Timetable of the second intensive course
Introductory module
This course takes place at each student's university of enrolment from October to December. Students should contact their local coordinator for exact dates.
Basic and Advanced Module
The Basic and Advanced Modules (M2-M10) take the form of two intensive three-week courses, each year at a different university.
The timetable will be 4 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon from Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. These classes will be complemented by 8 hours per week of seminars and practical classes with the students.
The subject M10: "Current Topics in Molecular Nanoscience and Nanotechnology" is organised in the form of a school (European School on Molecular Nanoscience - ESMolNa).
It is attended by visiting professors and researchers and master's and doctoral students from different European universities and research centres. The aim of this school is to create a forum for debate between the different groups working in the field of molecular nanoscience and nanotechnology.
Master's Thesis Module
During the rest of the course, students will carry out their research work at their university of registration. At the end of the course they will have to defend their Master's thesis in public.
